A Fashion Extravaganza Like Never Before

A Fashion Extravaganza Like Never Before

A few days ago, I shared the amazing outfits worn by the women at the Sky High fashion lunch. They not only enjoyed a delicious meal but were also treated to some incredible fashion.

Several fashion brands came together to showcase a blend of color, patterns, fun, and sophistication. Models of various shapes, ages, and sizes strutted a vast range of outfits.

Here are the brands that were featured:

Stones That Rock
Stones That Rock has been around for nearly three years, offering jewelry made with pearls, semi-precious stones, crystals, and accented with silver, silk, and leather. Their new Fall 2013 Collection was displayed, and you can purchase these pieces directly from the owners or select boutique stores. They will soon launch their online store at www.stonesthatrock.com.

Ms Ilusion
Ms Ilusion designs curve-friendly fashion for curvy women who struggle to find their size in Singapore. Their daytime range includes mostly cotton and linen, while the evening wear features stunning fabrics in limited quantities. The styles mix classic and current trends, with lots of colors and prints to attract and distract. The owner, Holleigh, who is seen below with the blonde braid, also modeled in the show.

White Ginger
White Ginger focuses on versatile and stylish clothing. They believe practicality should not come at the expense of style. Their collection includes many wearable pieces and sleepwear, proving that daily tasks like school runs and grocery shopping don’t have to look boring.

Hats Off
Kathryn Campbell creates beautiful hats that will be perfect for Australian women attending the Melbourne Cup racing day. She can be contacted via email at camp_dk@hotmail.com. Kathryn, wearing the turquoise dress, also participated as one of the models.

Desti Saint Handbags
Desti Saint designs stunning handbags in vibrant colors and prints. You can learn more about Desti and her creations from a style interview I did with her previously.

Fashion Shows Can Be So Much Fun!
It was wonderful to see how much fun the models were having and the confidence they displayed in their outfits. More fashion shows should celebrate women of all sizes expressing themselves through clothing. One lady, in particular, stood out, dancing down the runway in her comfortable clothes.
