It’s been a month since I came back from London, and I’m still filled with great memories. I stayed in Neal’s Yard in the heart of Covent Garden and booked a photo session with the wonderful Lottie to get new photos for this site and my new project, 40+ Entrepreneur.
Having nice photos taken in good lighting and flattering angles is a fantastic way to boost your confidence. If you ever get the chance, I highly recommend it. I plan to do this more often when I visit places for extended periods.
I had my hair professionally blow-dried, and even though it got frizzy quickly, I love the slight twist it has in these photos. I did my own makeup, keeping it very subtle. My wardrobe in London was limited, but I recently got this new jacket from a thrift store in The Netherlands. Leaving the blouse untucked adds to a relaxed, casual chic look.
Right now, I’m getting ready for another trip and will be flying out to Bangkok, Thailand, tomorrow for a business conference, so I’ll keep this short today.
