I’ve given you glimpses of my house in the Netherlands before, but I never really showed you the whole thing. So, here are some photos of my colorful home.
How much does this house say about me and my style? Do you see my style reflected in it?
Here are some of the similarities I notice:
– I like clean lines.
– I prefer a lot of ‘white space’ and minimal clutter.
– I add color with accessories or a standout piece, like paintings, chairs, or an accent wall.
– I appreciate good design. While there aren’t high-end designer items in my house, the furniture still has that designer feel.
– I favor contemporary designs.
– I like to add warmth, with wooden floors being the perfect base.
– I believe in having fun with both my house and my clothing; they shouldn’t be too serious.
This house is still a work in progress. I only had a few weeks to put everything together and make it a fun, livable space. My current home also stays clean without too much furniture or clutter. I’ll take some pictures of the interiors soon so you can see for yourself.
