My Outfit Chronicles: Singapore Voyage at Night Festival

I love discovering new and refreshing designers, and that’s exactly what happened when I found Hue Tran in a shop in the Netherlands. This silk dress is perfect for Singapore since it’s made from natural materials and is very breezy. Plus, it was on sale during my summer visit to Holland, which made it an easy choice. I usually wear it as a dress, but lately, I’ve been into pairing dresses with pants, so I wore it over trousers this time. It was also a practical choice because I was going to watch outdoor shows and see artworks in Singapore, and I needed to sit on benches or a small chair I brought along.

The pants with cords in the front were another great find from Amsterdam, Holland, at one of their chain stores, Claudia Strater. As you can see in the pictures below, I paired the outfit with a cardigan. Cardigans are a must in Singapore because it can get extremely cold indoors due to the air conditioning. I love the layered look and wish I could wear it more often.
