A while back, before I changed my hair color and got a haircut, I had some professional photos taken at Cake Images in Singapore. I wanted some quality pictures to promote my website and business, and I was also curious about what kind of results this all-in-one photo package could deliver. The package included:

– Hair styling
– Several outfit changes
– Lots of photographs, from which you can choose your favorites
I’m always intrigued by how I can look when I’m more ‘polished.’ I made sure to get my nails done and refreshed my hair color—no grey roots! The makeup artist spent over an hour doing my makeup and hair. The makeup was much heavier than what I’m used to, which was interesting to experience.
And here are the results. What do you think? I kept my outfits simple and clean. I wore my white sailor pants to stay true to my style and used my Calvin Klein dresses for a dressier touch. In hindsight, I could have styled the outfits better and made sure my hair was in place after each change, as it did mess up some of the photos. But it was my first studio photoshoot, and I learned a lot from it.
