Today, I decided to try out some new tips I learned about my beauty type while putting together my outfit. It turns out I’m supposed to wear a lot of vibrant colors, so I’m gradually adding more colorful pieces to my wardrobe. This particular outfit may not follow all the guidelines perfectly, but I think it still captures the essence of a type 3 look with its orange, camel, and brown tones.
Here’s a look at my color card. While these aren’t the only colors you can wear, they should blend well with your outfit. Notice that black and white, as well as high contrast combinations, aren’t on the card, so ideally, my bag shouldn’t have been part of the outfit. But since I also identify with type 4 qualities, I still like to include some high contrast colors and parallel stripes.
Some type 3 elements present in my outfit are:
– A fairly chunky necklace (though it could be bigger)
– Various textures
– Vibrant colors
– A textured belt
– Texture in my hair (this could be improved)
– Gold-colored jewelry
